Featuring a wide open great room in which hidden treasures abound, take a moment to examine the fireplace framed in Jerusalem stone imported from Israel, copper accent pieces from Jericho, handmade framed stitchery on the walls to inspire and amuse you, and a modest display of wildlife trophies to bring nature indoors. The thoroughly equipped kitchen makes preparing in-house food a pleasure, while outside the wrap-around porches offer some of Tennessee’s most comfortable rocking chairs and lounges where you can let the refreshing breezes calm your cares, or soak up the scenery in the relaxing hot tub, while the kids enjoy playing ping-pong around the corner. The Main level also features a Master suite, with a King size bed and large whirlpool tub. The fisherman in the family will love the upstairs bedroom, with a King size fishing boat bed, flat TV and private bath. Downstairs, check out the autographed photos of numerous legendary golf greats in this veritable golf hall of fame while hanging out in the family room with its comfy sofas & chairs, large flat screen TV, a distinctive checker table, and another porch with a hammock and lounge chairs. There is a park style charcoal grill in the yard. The Golf bedroom exhibits more personalized photos of golf greats, and is actually another Master suite, with a King bed and whirlpool tub. You will leave here whistling good ol’ Rocky Top–even if you are not a UT fan. The Cabins at Hidden Mountain East are in a gated community, which also includes the East pool complex, the Lodge banquet center, walking trails, fishing ponds, picnic pavilions, and the Overlook gazebo, with its fantastic views of the Smokies.
