Main Level:

Setting just below the Prayer Gardens and within easy walking distance to the East pool, Summit View has a level concrete parking and entry, affording easy access for everyone in your group. Enter through the custom designed 42’’ front doorway, wide enough for wheelchairs and scooters. All main level interior doors are 36’’ wide, making them handicap and wheelchair friendly.

Step into the luxurious open great room and chef inspired, fully equipped kitchen with modern granite tops & stainless steel appliances. Nestle in to the main living area and enjoy with large fixed-pane windows overlooking downtown Pigeon Forge, and access to a patio, stocked with outside seating and a gas fireplace.

The main level offers a master suite, located on the left of the main living room. Master Suite #1 is equipped with a King sized bed, large tiled shower with a bench, double-bowl vanity, and unmatched views.

Lower Level:

Custom eastern red cedar stair steps lead you to the lower level game room, including a second living area, private bath with a tub/shower combo, BONUS custom log Queen over Queen bunk bed, pool table, multicade, and smart TV for all ages. The lower level Master Suite #1 matches the main level master with a King sized bed, large tiled shower with a bench, double-bowl vanity, and unmatched views. The lower living area walks out to a covered patio, boasting a hot tub, additional outdoor seating, a gas fireplace, and miles of the the Great Smoky Mountain skyline.
