Modern with rustic touches, Scarlet Oaks boasts easy access, wrap-around covered porches on each level with valley views, windows all around, and elegance in all areas. With level entry and a short walking distance to the East Community Pool, you will enjoy great times and expansive valley and distant seasonal mountain views at Scarlet Oaks!
Main Level:
The level concrete parking and entry affords easy access for everyone in your group. Enter through the custom designed 42’’ front doorway, wide enough for wheelchairs and scooters. All main level interior doors are 36’’ wide, making them handicap friendly. Step into the luxurious, open great room and chef inspired, fully equipped kitchen, including plenty of beautiful granite counter space, and the double-sided gas fireplace to enjoy from the dining table and the living room. Access covered outdoor living from the living room or Master bedroom, complete with a sun deck on the side of the cabin and a gas fire pit on the front by the parking area.
Lower Level:
The lower level game room includes a custom log pool table, multicade, BONUS Queen bunk, and a smart TV for all ages. Doors lead outside to an expansive covered porch, including a patio sitting area & access to the hot tub and lounge chairs.
Fireplaces are operational from October 1 – April 30
