The lower level game room includes a second living area and wet bar, custom log pool table, multi-cade, and smart TV for all ages. The lower level Guest Suite #1 has 2 Queen beds and a private bathroom, featuring a tiled standing shower and walk out access to the covered porch area. Guest Suite #2 has 2 Queen beds and access to a full pass-through bathroom to the game room, with a tub base with tiled walls. The full-length lower covered porch boasts a hot tub & setting area.
