ALL SITES INCLUDE
There are only 18 full-service Motor Coach sites in the Dell. Each site is fully landscaped and offers individually metered 50-amp electric, water and sewer, as well as gated security and daily garbage pickup.
The current HOA for a Dell Site is $173.00 per month in 2026. The media fee for 2026 is currently $160 per month. The annual pool fee in 2026 is $380 and there are two community outdoor swimming pools open during the summer months at Hidden Mountain East. The co-advertising monthly fee is $50 per month if this site is on the rental program.
Site owners pay the electric, water/sewer, propane, insurance, city/county property taxes and the site owners are responsible for any cost for repairs to the site. Site 2602 is a “pull-in site”.
All RV’s in the Dell must be either a Class A or Super C. Super C as defined by this association is greater than 30 feet in length and medium-duty or larger truck chassis specifically defined as Ford F550 (or greater), GMC Kodiak/Topkick, or a highway tractor.
The Hidden Mountain Resort office is located only 1.1 mile from highway 441 at 475 Apple Valley Road, Sevierville, TN 37862 and is open year-round, 24-hours a day to serve you.
